Dinner at Tao's

Went dinner last weekend with DPP @ Tao's paradiz centre, the food was fantastic..

Best of all.. dun need to think of what to eat.. the staff were super helpful in recommending and told us if we find the food unacceptable or not to our liking he will change it for us! This is what i call a good service!



1st dish - Gratin - i love gratin! Keep telling myself to take the pic before i eat.. keep forgetting.. pardon me for all the half eaten pics..















The bread served looks like sponges!! Absolutely viewable. I was afraid i couldnt finish the 7-course meal so i skipped the bread..























The Fruit salad, half eaten.. Topped with shredded crabmeat.. Yummilicious!

The super spicy stingray.. i really wanted to eat this.. but the staff told me it was very spicy.. so i ordered the baked fish instead.. Cheesy and yummy! Nice!

New start .. again

Today is my last day, finally it's my turn, ever since everyone i know leaves.. i have no more friends in the company!



To those who wana tell me ' huh? you change job again? ' DON'T !! Don't ever tell me that again, as much as you are sick of asking me, i am sick of listening as well. So save the trouble and just let me live my life! It's not like i wanted to job hop. I think I'm going into the wrong direction ever since anyway.



I wasn't that much a Sales Person, i'm more of a stay in the office person, but unfortunately, due to my past experiences in sales , sales and sales.. nobody ever believes that i will NOT be bored staying in the office! No! I want the stress-free office job like everyone else! But then again, i'm used to having the sales job salary, and wanted to look for the typical office job with the salary a sales person can earn and without office job experiences.. No wonder an office job is so HARD to find.



So ended up, got a better offer.. yes, sales again. I hopped again lor.. what to do? The pay is better, the company is better..if you were me,would you hop? Hopefully i can finally find an office based job with no sales targets and not so low salary then, i might hop one last time ok!



I need stability.. hopefully i can live up to my new sales manager position! Muahahha.. ok.. everyone there is a sales manager.. lol..

Couldn't agree more.. Customers customers.. stop thinking and sign with me already!

Delifrance for lunch, been craving for this for a long time.. looks nice.. but the taste was a major disappointment. Their standard drops..or just the branch at Paya Lebar? The chicken mayo tasted funny.. nonetheless, the mushroom soup was all mushroomy! Right after my lunch, i had to rush to the toilet.. the chicken mayo might be spoilt. And yes, today my mood is fantastic so i'm not screaming. Or complaining.

F**king bullshit!

The more i stayed on the more i felt angry about the company! This is not the right way! First they made a nice manager go.. I was like 'What? it's so sudden'.. few days later... they fired 4 staff! And the next day! They force people to give up and leave themselves!

When i first joined i was so happy, i thought this was a nice company to work for, the people were nice and friendly, the management says they DO NOT BELIEVE IN HIRE AND FIRE. And that there's alot of career advancements, prospects... etc! WTF! All the bloody lies..

First LIE: THEY WILL TRY THEIR BEST TO CHANGE IT TO ALTERNATE SATURDAYS!
Firstly, i dun see them trying. Secondly, in case you are not aware! We are working more than 45hrs a week which is against the MOM law! What are you trying to do? Making full use of the pathetic salary you have given us? Not forgetting the pathetic commission too.. which in fact i dun think anyone has even received the payment till now! Thirdly, you were saying Saturdays we are suppose to do what???!! PAPERWORK? Up till now, i dun see ANY paperwork that i need to do AT ALL! Why the heck do you want us to work on saturdays for? Bring our laptops to play games?

What company is this anyways? We dun even have a drawer! We have to buy our own stationery and bring our laptop to work every morning, bring it to appointment, bring it for canvassing, bring it home and next day bring it back to office, and saturday bring it to office, do nothing then bring ourselves and our laptop home...

On behalf of all the staff that are fired - They have basically only started work for about 2 weeks? And you blamed them for not performing? Then DON'T EVER TELL PEOPLE 3-6 MONTHS PROBATION! Tell them 2 weeks, see if anyone would wana work for you!

On behalf of those who were lucky enough to stay including myself - WE ARE ALL LOOKING FOR JOBS NOW SO SACK US TOO! Most of us are affected by this issue, it only brings one big message across : THIS JOB IS UNSTABLE.

I pity the new guys who just joined, some of them have not even started work and they have been judged.

And so we thought it's a good company.. but now it's making COE seems like saint!

With the instability, i started thinking, what if i don't hit my target any of the one month? When will it be my turn? After 2 yrs when all the slots are taken up, where can i move to? Telemarketer? Oh please.. come on.. they would rather hire people overseas follow up calls from overseas.. cheaper. So? THE CONCLUSION IS- THERE IS NO FUTURE IN THIS COMPANY.

Somehow, many of us who are not fired or forced to give up and also looking out for other opportunities.
If the management is smart enough, they should know by doing what they did, they are making the rest of the staff feeling unstable, demoralized and WE DO NOT APPROVE OF WHAT YOU DO AND HOW YOU DO IT! Go on, spoil your reputation to the power of WORD OF MOUTH.

Food and Flea

There's actually a flea market going on nearby my place? Under the hot sun, not all the stalls are opened though.. I need to rush for my movie at 5.05pm 'Accident' at Tampines Mall.. after my movie, i shall pop by..

Was so hungry few days ago, ordered shepherd's pie.. in fact i haven't tried any shepherd's pie before in my life! Didn't even know what was it! Till one day, i received a flyer at my doorstep, suddenly an idea came to my mind, i was thinking of asking them to list online! So i called, and spoke to a man! He was really pissed and told me off!!! He told me ' Alot of your staff has been calling me! Can you all stop calling me! Someone promised to email me the proposal but till now i didn't get it! So if you all didn't keep to your promises then there's no point in doing business with your company!'

WTF, i was at lost what to say then, so i just thank him and ended the call. Didn't have the mood to actually 'solve the problem' .. thinking.. fine. I shall not order from you either!

One fine day.. i read thru what's a shepherd's pie.. and ordered anyways! Mashed potatoes with cheese and minced meat! Sounds absolutely yummy to me! When it arrives, it was so big! And i was eating it alone...

Of cos, i didnt finish it! But.. it was damn yummy lor! I didnt even know it existed before! Couldn't finish, so i left it in the fridge, had it for breakfast and dinner the next day.. but still couldn't finish all of it.. then. i started to 'lao sai' !! Think i'm not suppose to leave it overnight?

Anyways, this proves that despite the guy being rude to me and stuff! I still ordered and became their client! So i am SO NOT PETTY..

Brain Juice Week

Was really tired... this whole week.. TGIF! but.. Saturday i'm working too! Yesterday i slept at 10pm! Woke up last minute this morning (still... ) ... anyways...

I haven't been playing games.. haven't been watching much movies.. haven't had much of 'Me Time' since 1st Sept.. tired tired tired...

Called some of my previous customers... and NOW THEY WANA ORDER FROM ME! When i'm no longer with the company.. that shit company.. I'm still thinking whether to pass the 'leads' to Jac.. or...? Somehow i really wana throw the deals at the shit company, let them know what they are missing..

Anyways, really enjoyed the training for 2 weeks.. it's was really fun! All of us had so much shit to talk about.. gonna miss the training days when Monday starts...

Multi Tasking

Watching Tv and surfing at the same time.. eating and watching tv at the same time.. doing many things at one time has become my habit!!

Tai Tai..

I'm basically living the Tai Tai lifestyle now.. watch drama series, shopping, doing nothing, playing online games, feeling bored.. haiz..

Went Hock Hai (chinatown) market for my lunch that day, i remember i used to eat the prawn noodles, and it was really ex! but nice.. then that day i went again.. Listed on the signboard $6/8/10 .. i just ordered without stating the amount, when my prawn noodles came, i gave the auntie $10 .. and she returns me $2.. Okay.. i thought when someone didnt say how much she wants they would usually charge the smallest.. like $6?

Nvm, she's so old, dun argue with her.. i started on my noodles.. having high hopes..

Disappointment. No wonder no one is queueing anymore. It looks pretty ok though..

Wanted to eat the famous curry chicken noodles, but it was closed. Anyways i still find it damn ex! $8 for a not even nice prawn noodles in a hot hawker style market.. i think i'll go prima taste next time.

Im feeling so DARN unlucky yesterday.. ever since so i joined this company, i was really unhappy, i seems to have lost my confidence, my self esteem. The freaking Company! I will always remember! Argh!

Today i keep calling BP, his hp doesnt seem to have network.. think he's out there far in the forest..

What should i do? i've read finish a book, Sophie kinsella's 'remember me?', i've watched finish a set of drama series, i've played my pet society, the restaurant city, posted stuff up for swops, joined a forum... etc etc......................................

Today i met up with Jac for my breakfast cum lunch at 10.45am.. as usual.. she's late (again).

We went to KFC (yes!) for the breakfast.. but ..she's late and it's 11am...and the counter girl says it's now lunch..

I hate it when i'm there exactly 11am and breakfast is always over! Mac does this all the time!! Sometimes i call for Mcdelivery breakfy at around 10.50am and it's always too late! Why do fastfood restaurants always says BREAKFAST TILL 11AM BUT IT ALWAYS ENDS AT 10-50 SOMETHING!

Since breakfast is so popular that now they have to set the delivery order timing for breakfast to 10.45am.. why dun they ever extends it? Like till 12!! I mean 12 is noon and noon is Lunch! 11.30 is still 'AM' !!! Being the typical Singaporean! I wana whine abt it~ complain and complain and complain .. till they extend it! and keep trying to call at 10.55am for breakfast delivery! And seriously i hope KFC delivery opens for breakfast too!

Ends up.. we settle for Ah Mei Cafe.. as per Jac.. but it's actually Xin Wang Cafe or something.. too many hong kong cafes to remember which is which.

I chose a few and ordered the jappy curry rice.. such a disappointment..it looks so nice, it shud have tasted nice! Anyways the tempura was ok.. what to expect..it's a food court!

I'm currently home alone with only XPP with me.. im afraid of the dark, i toss and turn at nite, i feel empty, i feel lonely... WHERE ARE ALL MY FRIENDS?

Suddenly i realise i do not have friends? I mean like a best friend. I used to have one. But then again, unreasonably, or maybe after having her own family, we dun talk anymore..and according to Fungus, she just dun feel like talking to me.

WTF? No reason given? I dun even know what's wrong.. anyways this happens like more than a yr ago and yes, we have not spoken since. Till today i still wondered is it cos of my comment on her younger hubby? My friendly advice to ask her to think twice? Well, if that's the case then i have nothing more to say.. as she used to criticised my boyfriends(ex) and current too! Though, i might not like it but i thought being us, being best friends, we are allowed to talk about everything! We used to do that. But then again.. people changed, things changed.

Thinking now.. who do i have other than BigPoot? It seems like everyone is just a friend where i see once in a blue blue moon.. it seems like im too old to actually start making new girl friends again.. im not too bothered abt my attitude, my sloppiness, my everything anymore. Entertaining seems damn tedious.. i feel like being alone all the time, but when im actually really alone, after doing all the things i wana do alone, i started feeling empty and lonely.

Maybe it's the age.. everyone my age seems to have settled down.. or have their own group of friends to mix with.. and i have turned into a boring, everyday stay at hm person.. nobody ever jio me out anymore since i stopped clubbing,since i stopped staying out late, since im attached? since i got fatter? since i cant go anyways? BigPoot says that those friends who only can go chiong with me ones isnt real friends.. why must my friends always jio me go club? He keep asking..

I seems to have the answer, but inside of me refuse to admit it..
