I did a search for singapore HDB under the area Tampines... and i got a whole list! All the flats for sale in singapore within a click of a finger!
Manage to find one that is 280K! Gotto tell my mum fast.. nowadays with the internet, minus the trouble and endless viewing, i can shortlist accordingly.. It even has the contact numbers and Pics! Finding a singapore property can be so easy!
Singapore real estates made easy with http://property.st701.com/ , i tried searching for the 'rent' coz a huge lot of my colleagues/ex colleagues are foreigners .. they are forever looking for rooms and flats to rent.
Found a huge list of flats and Condos for rent! Kind of makes me think of renting one.. hopefully a condo with a balcony facing the sea, jacuzzi facilities and tennis courts (though i dont really know how to play tennis and dont know how to swim.. but jacuzzi is to soak rite?)
But dont think i can afford it at the moment.. :( Nevermind.. i'll work towards it! By then, there should be one that has a private outdoor jacuzzi!! Muahahaa... then again, i will have to work even harder for it.. cos must be very VERY expensive!
